Delete your ShopShare account
You can delete your ShopShare account and shop yourself at any time, from the app or the website.
How to delete it
- Open the ShopShare app, or go to app.shopshare.in and log in.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my shop and account.
Can't log in? Email automatyaa@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email and password) and sign-in sessions
- Your shop, its address and any custom domain connection
- All products, prices, photos and videos
- Your shop's visit and WhatsApp-tap counts, notifications and phone-alert registrations
Deletion happens straight away. We keep only records we must keep by law, and security logs that don't include your shop content. Your WhatsApp chats with buyers are in WhatsApp and aren't affected.
